Departure of the Speaker of the Senate on a working mission to the Arab Republic of Egypt

At the invitation of his counterpart, Right Honourable Abdel Wahab Abdel Razek, Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Egypt, Right Honourable Emmanuel Sinzohagera, Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Burundi, on the afternoon of March 04, 2023, flew to Cairo, in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

This visit is part of the strengthening of relations of friendship and parliamentary cooperation between Egypt and Burundi in general and the Egyptian and Burundian peoples in particular.

During his stay in Egypt, the Senate Speaker will have an opportunity to discuss with the authorities of this country, and investors, on issues of common interest.
